Mental Health First Aid Trainings

Wellness Associates of Greater Rochester offers Mental Health First Aid trainings in a variety of modules. Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training and certification course. Courses can be offered completely in person, virtual, or blended options to fit your organizations needs.

Adult Mental Health First Aid

This presentation looks at the impact of individual and collective trauma experienced over the past two and a half years, and the impact on workplace culture. This workshop includes research-based practical tips on how to create an environment that is not only supportive, but progressive in responding to the mental health needs of employees.

Youth Mental Health First Aid

Youth Mental Health First Aid that certifies adult who work with youth to be able identify, understand and provide support to adolescents (ages 12-18).
